FAQs and Shipping
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on products that are damaged or have print irregularities. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 business day after the product has been received. All you need to do is email us at Tyntstudio@gmail.com with a picture of the product and we'll provide you with a refund! Please allow for 5 business days on all refunds. We're a small team and appreciate your patience!
How long does shipping take?
Our warehouse normally dispatches your order within 2-5 business days. At times, depending on the items you order, it may take a little longer to produce and arrive in separate packages.
Shipping times for each shipping method we offer:
Overnight: next day delivery in the US
Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
Standard (Flat): 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
During holiday seasons and other peaks affecting our warehouse, we may require additional days to ship your order. If you haven’t received a delivery confirmation within 3 days, please contact customer support tyntstudio[@]gmail.com.
Can I edit my order?
Once an order is made we go into production and are unable to make any changes. Please request a refund and place your updated order!
Can I cancel my order?
Contact customer support as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order. Please ensure you reach out within 24 hours. If we’ve already shipped your order, it will be classed as a return instead and fees may apply.
How can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, it is handled as a normal return. That is, you need to return the items you want to exchange so that we can refund your money. You then need to register a new order on our website for the items you want instead.
What type of materials do you use?
Museum-quality poster made on thick and durable matte paper.

Can I create a custom print?
We don't offer custom prints are this time, but if you're an artist would've like to partner with us at Tynt Studio, email us at email@example.com.
How can I reach customer service?

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll e-mail you a tracking link. Please note that this e-mail may sometimes be flagged as junk mail.
Do you charge shipping costs?
We charge standard shipping costs on all orders below $50.00.
